We treat a variety of patients with different mental health concerns. We work with adolescents 8 years and up. We treat anxiety, depression, OCD, substance abuse, trauma, complex trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, faith transitions, stress, perinatal mental health, and relationship concerns.
Yes. Your insurance benefits may cover telehealth options differently. It is advised that you check your benefits before scheduling a telehealth session.
The cost for an individual session is $175 for 50 minutes. If cost is a barrier, please reach out as we have some sliding-scale availability. We accept cash and card payments at this time. You are welcome to use an HSA to pay for services.
We are in-network providers with Aetna, EMI, BlueCross and BlueShield, PEHP, SelectHealth, United (UMR, UHC I UBH), and University of Utah Health Plans (HMHI). We will also provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits. We advise you check with your insurance provider prior to choosing this option.
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel a session without being charged the $90 late cancellation fee. If you are more than 15-minutes late your appointment will be considered a no-show and charged the late cancellation fee.
We do not prescribe medication. However, we work closely with several prescribers and will give you a referral if needed.
