  • We treat a variety of patients with different mental health concerns. We work with adolescents 8 years and up. We treat anxiety, depression, OCD, substance abuse, trauma, complex trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, faith transitions, stress, perinatal mental health, and relationship concerns.

  • Yes. Your insurance benefits may cover telehealth options differently. It is advised that you check your benefits before scheduling a telehealth session.

  • The cost for an individual session is $175 for 50 minutes. If cost is a barrier, please reach out as we have some sliding-scale availability. We accept cash and card payments at this time. You are welcome to use an HSA to pay for services.

  • We are in-network providers with Aetna, EMI, BlueCross and BlueShield, PEHP, SelectHealth, and United (UMR, UHC I UBH). We will also provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits. We advise you check with your insurance provider prior to choosing this option.

  • We require a 24 hour notice to cancel a session without being charged the $90 late cancellation fee. If you are more than 15-minutes late your appointment will be considered a no-show and charged the late cancellation fee.
