Owner, Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Approach
I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I have additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, existential psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows me to explore both present-day concerns and the deeper patterns that shape how clients understand themselves and navigate their lives.
Client Focus
I work with adults 18 and older navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. While I provide support for general mental health needs, I have a particular interest in working with high-performing adults who may appear successful on the outside while struggling with anxiety, pressure, perfectionism, or overwhelm beneath the surface.

Owner & Therapist
Approach
I take a direct approach to therapy. I create a clear treatment plan focused on producing meaningful results while building the insight and skills needed for long-term growth. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to ensure treatment is both effective and tailored to the individual.
Client Focus
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. I also have specialized training in working with professionals— including first responders, military, and business leaders—with a focus on the unique mental health challenges that can come with high-pressure careers.

Therapist
Approach
The foundation of my therapeutic style is authenticity,
intentionality, and alignment. I take a warm, collaborative, and
holistic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based and somatic
interventions to address both emotional and physiological experiences.
I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs while helping them
develop greater self-awareness, strengthen trust in themselves, and
better understand the patterns that may be contributing to feelings of
being stuck or disconnected.
Client Focus
I work with individuals of all ages navigating concerns such as
anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity
exploration. I have a particular interest in supporting clients
through pivotal periods of change, including emerging adulthood,
career and relationship transitions, faith transitions, and other
experiences that invite deeper self-discovery and growth. I am
especially passionate about supporting children and adolescents (ages
6 and older) as they navigate the emotional, social, and developmental
challenges that come with growing up.
Wendy Livingston

Administrative Assistant
I have spent many years helping individuals and families connect with the mental health care and resources they need. I am passionate about mental health and believe that every person deserves to feel supported and welcomed from their very first interaction with our clinic. I take pride in helping clients navigate the process of accessing care and strive to create a positive, compassionate experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren, making lasting memories with family, and enjoying the simple moments that bring joy and connection to life.
