About
Our commitment to hometown-style mental healthcare began in 2019. While working in residential care, we saw how large, impersonal systems often created barriers for people seeking support. Automated menus and virtual assistants can be difficult to navigate even on the best days, let alone during times of emotional distress. That’s why we set out to build something different: a therapy practice with a mom-and-pop feel, where clients are seen, heard, and cared for as individuals. From your very first phone call to each session you attend, our goal is to make the process feel personal, supportive, and focused entirely on what matters most—your healing.
